I draw SFW & NSFW, cutesy horror and drippy gore included. Humans, humanoids, furries, and ferals are all welcome. I’m open to most fetish content too (just give me a poke and ask first)! OC & Canon characters accepted, no matter their sex, gender, or orientation. Everyone's welcome in my ghostly gallery ♡

I don’t draw minors, mecha, animal abuse or real-life people. I also won’t mimic art styles outside of my own. And sometimes, if a request just isn’t my vibe, I may politely decline: my haunted hands have their limits, after all!

All goodies are digital only, no physical shipping required~! ✧.*I retain all rights to the art I create. If you'd like your piece kept private and not posted to my portfolio or social media, please let me know at the time of purchase. A 100% privacy fee applies to non-disclosed works ♡Need me to post on a specific date? No problem! I can hold your commission for up to 1 month free of charge.

Payment is required up front to reserve your slot! You may choose to pay:
✧ 100% upfront
✧ Or 50% to start, 50% upon completionI won’t begin work until some form of payment is received ♡ Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoice only.(If using VGen, please follow their payment rules!)

𐙚 Process 𐙚

Most commissions will include a WIP (work-in-progress) update for your feedback~! You can request changes during this stage free of charge ✧.*Pixels, Skebs & Logos do not receive WIPs, but you may request edits after completion using my revision guide ♡ Please respond to WIPs within a reasonable time so I can continue working without delays.

𐙚 Revisions 𐙚

You can request up to 5 free revisions total ✧.*
All reasonable WIP-stage edits are free. After that, additional changes may require a small fee with pricing depending on the revision in question ♡Need to request a revision? Respond to my update / delivery message or reach out to me on discord @ whimsighoulll & any of my socials!

𐙚 Deadlines & Delivery 𐙚

Commissions are typically completed within 1 month, unless otherwise stated ✧.*This may vary depending on my waitlist ♡ Need it faster? A rush fee of +75% applies, and I’ll need to confirm the deadline is doable before accepting.Orders will be delivered via the method you use to contact me, with a preference for discord communications. I am willing to email you files upon request. PNG or GIF files only.

𐙚 Usage 𐙚

You're welcome to use your art as a profile pic, banner, or on your streaming platforms, no extra fee! You can repost your art with clear credit to @ghoullls please~! ✧.* You may otherwise simply link my carrd or vgen & social user.❌ You may not print, sell, or distribute the art without a commercial license (+200% of base price).
❌ No removing watermarks, editing, or using the art for AI or NFT projects. Ever!NOTE: I do not apply a watermark to logos, and you do not need to credit me every time you use the logo! The usage terms above only apply to normal digital illustrations where my personal logo is directly applied.

𐙚 Refunds 𐙚

Full refunds are only available if I haven’t started your piece.Once I’ve begun, no refunds will be given unless I’m unable to complete your order. Should a refund be requested with partial work completed, you will receive a partial refund based on the work that has been done. ✧.*All refunds will be delivered within 2 weeks.

You are not required to purchase through VGen! If VGen is not your thing, you can commission me directly by sending me a dm, in which case I will send you a paypal invoice after we discuss the details of your commission.
