I'm Whimsi, a digital artist, PNGtuber & writer who firmly believes pastel and horror belong together.I'm a nonbinary, grayace, happily-married polterghoul (they/she) floating around somewhere in the US.Chronically ill & AuDHD, I may be a little shy at first, but every good ghost needs a warm-up before they start rattling chains!

With over 10 years of experience under my belt, I've poured my heart into building Whimsighoul Studios from the ground up. I can hold your commission for up to 1 month free of charge.Commercial Licensing:
Purchasing any Commercial Tier Upgrade (+$100) grants full permission to use your illustration for business, branding, merch, and printed materials. This upgrade does not transfer copyright. Whimsighoul Studios retains all creator rights and authorship.
The license grants unlimited commercial use, but not ownership of the original artwork. Clients may not resell or redistribute without purchasing the Commercial Tier Upgrade. Clients may never claim the design as self-made.

• Revisions

For general illustration commissions:
♡ You can request up to 5 free revisions total.
♡ All reasonable sketch-stage edits are free. After that, additional changes may require a small fee.For logo commissions specifically:
♡ You may request up to 5 minor revisions (such as small color tweaks, spacing, or detail adjustments) free of charge.♡ If you are completely unhappy with the initial logo concept, you are entitled to one (1) full redo at no extra cost.♡ Any additional full redesigns or further revisions beyond this limit may incur extra fees, depending on the scope.

• Usage

By purchasing artwork from me, you receive a license to post and use the artwork for personal and agreed upon commercial purposes. I retain full copyright to the artwork unless otherwise stated. You must credit me as the artist @ghoullls.I do not consent to my work being used for AI training, data mining, or machine learning. However, if you choose to upload the artwork to platforms whose terms allow such use, you do so at your own discretion and risk. I am not responsible for third party platform policies or how they handle uploaded content.Some social media platforms, including X, claim very broad rights over anything you upload. This can include allowing other people or companies to use that content without asking you directly or providing compensation. There have been real cases where creators posted their work to X and later saw it used by major media outlets elsewhere, without permission or payment, because of those platform policies.If you choose to post commissioned artwork to any platform, you are agreeing to that platform’s terms. I cannot control or prevent how third party sites use, distribute, or license content once it is uploaded. Uploading artwork to such platforms does not entitle the client to additional revisions, replacements, refunds, or compensation from me.❌ You may not print, sell, or distribute the art (such as on merch, prints, or products) without purchasing a commercial license.
❌ No removing watermarks, editing the artwork, or using the art for AI or NFT projects.Note: I do not apply watermarks to logos, and you do not need to credit me every time you use your logo in normal contexts.However, if you repost the standalone logo itself (for example, in a logo reveal, art showcase, or branding update post), please include clear credit to @ghoullls somewhere in the caption or description. The credit requirement only applies to direct reuploads of the artwork itself, not general use as part of your brand. You can also simply just list my user under a credits page if you have one.

• Payment

I charge a privacy fee of 100% the commission price if you do not want me to share or upload the artwork.♡ I accept payment through paypal invoice, Ko-fi, or VGen. Payment must be given up front before I start your work. If you do not pay within 2 weeks, your order will be assumed cancelled.♡ If using VGen, please follow their payment rules.

• Process

Most commissions will include a WIP (work-in-progress) update for your feedback. You can request changes during this stage free of charge.Pixel icons, logos, and some other services such as skeb work may not receive full WIP stages, but you will still be able to request edits after completion according to my revision policy.Please respond to WIPs within a reasonable time so I can continue working without delays.

• Deadlines & Delivery

Commissions are typically completed within 1-2 months, unless otherwise stated.
This may vary depending on my current waitlist and workloadNeed it faster?♡ Pieces that must be completed within a shorter timeframe than my usual queue may be treated as rush orders.
♡ Rush orders are subject to a rush fee (up to +75% of the base price) and must be approved first so I can confirm the deadline is doable. Please check my calendar and weekly schedule for an estimate of how booked out I am before ordering.Delivery Policy:
If I complete your VGen commission and personally DM you for final approval but do not receive a response, I will automatically upload the finished piece to VGen for delivery. This ensures timely completion and prevents platform penalties or refund abuse for “late delivery.” I completely understand that people get busy or may forget to reply — if you return later and would still like to request your included revisions, you’re absolutely welcome to do so. I will still honor my revision policy and provide updated files as needed.

• Refunds

Refunds are only available if I have not started your piece.Once I’ve begun, no refunds will be given unless I’m personally unable to complete your order or I deem it necessary. Your commission is "started" as soon as I begin sketching. In case of an emergency cancellation, I will calculate the amount of work done and refund you the rest. (Example: 50% finished artwork would give you a 50% refund should you cancel.)
