Payment must be collected up front or I will not start your work. Customer may send full payment or choose to pay half up front (deposit) + half after completion. I will not refund you unless I cannot complete the commission. I offer wip updates, during which you are to discuss changes + corrections. Do not wait until the piece is finished to decide you want something major changed. Do not involve my work in AI. By purchasing, you agree that you are of legal age to do so. I do not provide any extra files except for the wip updates / screenshots and png files once completed.
