I draw SFW & NSFW, cutesy horror and drippy gore included. Humans, humanoids, furries, and ferals are all welcome. I’m open to most fetish content too (just give me a poke and ask first)! OC & Canon characters accepted, no matter their sex, gender, or orientation. Everyone's welcome in my ghostly gallery ♡

I don’t draw minors, mecha, animal abuse or real-life people. I also won’t mimic art styles outside of my own. And sometimes, if a request just isn’t my vibe, I may politely decline: my haunted hands have their limits, after all!

All goodies are digital only, no physical shipping required ✧.*
I retain all rights to the art I create.If you’d like your piece kept private and not posted to my portfolio or social media, please let me know at the time of purchase. A 100% privacy fee (equal to the commission price) applies to non-disclosed works ♡Need me to post on a specific date? No problem! I can hold your commission for up to 1 month free of charge.Commercial Licensing:
Purchasing any Commercial Tier Upgrade (+$100) grants full permission to use your illustration for business, branding, merch, and printed materials.This upgrade does not transfer copyright.Whimsighoul Studios retains all creator rights and authorship.
The license grants unlimited commercial use, but not ownership of the original artwork.Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as self-made.

𐙚 Payment 𐙚

Payment is required up front to reserve your slot.I will not begin work until some form of payment is received ♡✧ I charge a privacy fee of 100% the commission price if you do not want me to share or upload the artwork.
✧ If using VGen, please follow their payment rules.I will always send a personalized invoice through paypal for orders made outside of VGen. I will also accept payment through kofi.

𐙚 Process 𐙚

Most commissions will include a WIP (work-in-progress) update for your feedback. You can request changes during this stage free of charge ✧.*Pixel icons and some logo types may not receive full WIP stages, but you will still be able to request edits after completion according to my revision policy ♡Please respond to WIPs within a reasonable time so I can continue working without delays.

𐙚 Revisions 𐙚

For general illustration commissions:
✧ You can request up to 5 free revisions total.
✧ All reasonable WIP-stage edits are free. After that, additional changes may require a small fee.For logo commissions specifically:
✧ You may request up to 5 minor revisions (such as small color tweaks, spacing, or detail adjustments) free of charge.
✧ If you are completely unhappy with the initial logo concept, you are entitled to one (1) full redo at no extra cost.
✧ Any additional full redesigns or further revisions beyond this limit may incur extra fees, depending on the scope.

𐙚 Deadlines & Delivery 𐙚

Commissions are typically completed within 1-2 months, unless otherwise stated ✧.*
This may vary depending on my current waitlist and workload ♡Need it faster?
✧ Pieces that must be completed within a shorter timeframe than my usual queue may be treated as rush orders.
✧ Rush orders are subject to a rush fee (up to +75% of the base price) and must be approved first so I can confirm the deadline is doable.Please check my carrd and weekly schedule for an estimate of how booked out I am before requesting a hard deadline.Delivery Policy:
If I complete your VGen commission and personally DM you for final approval but do not receive a response, I will automatically upload the finished piece to VGen for delivery.This ensures timely completion and prevents platform penalties or refund abuse for “late delivery.”I completely understand that people get busy or may forget to reply — if you return later and would still like to request your included revisions, you’re absolutely welcome to do so. I will still honor your revision policy and provide updated files as needed.

𐙚 Usage 𐙚

You’re welcome to use your art as a profile picture, banner, or on your streaming platforms at no extra fee. You can repost your art with clear credit to @ghoullls please ✧.*❌ You may not print, sell, or distribute the art (such as on merch, prints, or products) without purchasing a commercial license.
❌ No removing watermarks, editing the artwork, or using the art for AI or NFT projects. Ever.Note: I do not apply watermarks to logos, and you do not need to credit me every time you use your logo in normal contexts — such as branding, streams, videos, packaging, or social media graphics.However, if you repost the standalone logo itself (for example, in a logo reveal, art showcase, or branding update post), please include clear credit to @ghoullls somewhere in the caption or description.The credit requirement only applies to direct reuploads of the artwork itself, not general use as part of your brand.

𐙚 Refunds 𐙚

Refunds are only available if I have not started your piece.
Once I’ve begun, no refunds will be given unless I’m personally unable to complete your order. Your commission is "started" as soon as I begin sketching. ✧.*

You are not required to purchase through VGen! If VGen is not your thing, you can commission me directly by sending me a dm, in which case I will send you a paypal invoice after we discuss the details of your commission.
